What the is the service area?
We provide Chauffeur Service in all Sydney Metropolitan Zones and adjoining regions including Central Coast, South Coast, Southern Highlands and Blue Mountains region.
Can I book online?
For all point-to-point bookings, a booking portal is available online where you can make a booking by paying online. Alternatively, you can contact our team to obtain a quote and payment can be made on the link provided.
What additional services are provided?
Our team members, provide Meet & Greet Service at the terminal. Free drinks (water bottles) & coffee is available for all rides from domestic and international terminals.
Can I book a chauffeur driven vehicle for hourly rates?
Yes. All bookings for events, weddings, funerals and private transfers can be booked on flat hourly rates. You can request a quote for the forms available online in the relevant sections of the website.

Common questions about Payments & Refunds
What is our refund policy?
To be eligible for full-repayment you will need to notify using email or Whatsapp message 24 hours before the booking start time.
If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of booking time, 30% of total booking will be deducted.
If the driver has arrived for pick-up and the customer decide to cancel, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
How much am I charged for extra time?
If the booking exceeds the required time slot extra hourly rate will be charged based on the vehicle booked. Hourly rates are quoted for booking for events, wedding, funeral and day trips. The customer will be required to pay the driver for additional charges.
How much is the deposit for bookings?
If the customer has requested a quote online, a confirmation for the trip will be provided on a 30% advance payment. Remaining payment will be paid 2 hours before the trip.
